A case of bilateral pseudoaneurysms of the pulmonary arteries caused by blunt chest injury is presented. Although this is a very rare complication, this entity should always be suspected in a patient with hemoptysis and a radiodensity on chest radiograph following chest injury. Selection of operative procedures should be based on the location or the extent of the pseudoaneurysm.
本文报告1例钝性胸部损伤导致的双侧肺动脉假性动脉瘤病例。尽管这是一种非常罕见的并发症，但对于胸部损伤后出现咯血且胸部X线片有放射密度影的患者，应始终怀疑存在这种情况。手术方式的选择应基于假性动脉瘤的位置或范围。
