In summary, a coronary artery bypass graft was carried out on an awake patient with the aid of lumbar and thoracic epidural anesthesia, due to dissection of the saphenous graft from the lower limb. The procedure was done using an off pump technique and the patient required no extra sedation of analgesia. In conclusion, we think that many high risk patients could be treated using this technique and that awake CABG seems to be a promising adjunct to current minimally invasive CABG techniques.
总之，由于下肢大隐静脉移植血管发生剥离，在腰段和胸段硬膜外麻醉辅助下为一名清醒患者实施了冠状动脉旁路移植术。该手术采用非体外循环技术进行，患者无需额外的镇静镇痛。综上所述，我们认为许多高危患者可以采用这种技术进行治疗，清醒状态下的冠状动脉旁路移植术似乎是当前微创冠状动脉旁路移植技术的一种有前景的辅助手段。
