Regarding the question of child psychiatry--how, where, for whom? research of medical care can provide some answers, which are referred to here. However, many questions regarding epidemiology and research of structure, use and development remain open. Because of constant urgency to take action provisional situations have to be accepted, processes have to be attended to, statements have to be examined concerning their validity and theories concerning their range.
