Benign tumours of the laryngopharynx are mainly vascular tumours. Thirty two persons with the given pathology were under observation. The main clinical symptoms of the disease are the appearance of blood in the sputum, dysphonia, dyspnea of different degree. The method of choice is radical surgical intervention including tracheotomy, laryngotomy, transverse and lateral pharyngotomy, ligation of the external carotid artery.
