Studying the method to treat the sinus mucoceles invaded in orbit with marsupialization under nasal endoscope, and determing the long-term efficacy of the endoscopic surgical treatment.
Twenty-four patients underwent endoscopic wide marsupialization of the mucocele cavity. The postoperative cleaning were carried out according to ESS routine, the focus on preventing obstruction of sinus ostia and middle meatal adhesions.
Follow-up ranged from 1 to 5 years. There is no case of recurrence and orbital complications.
Endoscopic approach with marsupialization to the treatment of sinus mucoceles invaded in orbit is associated with no rate of recurrence and no complication, and it is a reliable therapeutic measures. The aim of postoperative cleaning is at preventing obstruction of sinus ostia and middle meatal adhesions. Long time follow-up is needed.
探讨鼻内镜下造袋术治疗侵犯眼眶的鼻窦黏液囊肿的方法，并确定内镜手术治疗的长期疗效。
24例患者接受了鼻内镜下黏液囊肿腔广泛造袋术。术后按鼻内镜手术常规进行清理，重点防止鼻窦开口阻塞和中鼻道粘连。
随访1至5年。无复发及眼眶并发症病例。
鼻内镜下造袋术治疗侵犯眼眶的鼻窦黏液囊肿无复发率且无并发症，是一种可靠的治疗措施。术后清理的目的是防止鼻窦开口阻塞和中鼻道粘连。需要长期随访。
