Performance anxiey. Is it too late for physicians to set their own rules on pay-for-performance?

As the buzz keeps growing around pay-for-performance, physicians are grudgingly accepting that they'll have to deal with it. And they want to make sure they help set the rules of the game, with doctor groups issuing policies on the issue.
