Allele frequency data for 15 short tandem repeat (STR) loci included in the AmpFlSTR Identifiler kit were obtained from a sample of 93 healthy unrelated individuals of Luoba population born in Tibet Autonomy Region of China (Southwestern China). In these samples, 141 alleles and 365 genotypes were observed for 15 STR loci. The distribution of these observed genotypes were not significantly different from the expected distribution according to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
