Examination of the immune system made in 148 patients with laryngeal cancer and 32 patients with chronic hyperplastic laryngitis has revealed that different laryngeal diseases are associated with immune diseases. Laryngeal cancer, unlike chronic laryngitis, demonstrated prevalent disorders of the effector mechanisms. However, dysgammaglobulinemia related to mucosal immunoglobulin A, can be considered as alteration associated with mucosal problems.
对148例喉癌患者和32例慢性增生性喉炎患者的免疫系统检查显示，不同的喉部疾病与免疫疾病相关。与慢性喉炎不同，喉癌表现出效应器机制的普遍紊乱。然而，与黏膜免疫球蛋白A相关的丙种球蛋白异常血症可被视为与黏膜问题相关的改变。
