Abstract

Two new alleles, named BoLA-DRB3-P06 and BoLA-DRB3-P07, have been identified for the upstream regulatory region of the BoLA-DRB3 gene. The 228-bp nucleotide sequences of the promoter comprising the W, X, Y, CAAT and TATA regulatory boxes were analysed. The BoLA-DRB3-P06 exhibits one insertion between the W and X boxes, and one transition between the X and Y boxes. On the other hand, the BoLA-DRB3-P07 showed one insertion in the X box.

已鉴定出两个新的等位基因，命名为BoLA-DRB3-P06和BoLA-DRB3-P07，它们存在于BoLA-DRB3基因的上游调控区域。对包含W、X、Y、CAAT和TATA调控框的启动子的228个碱基对的核苷酸序列进行了分析。BoLA-DRB3-P06在W盒和X盒之间有一个插入，在X盒和Y盒之间有一个转换。另一方面，BoLA-DRB3-P07在X盒中有一个插入。
