We sought to define the imaging findings of invasive ductal carcinoma with fibrotic focus and its associated histopathologic correlation.
Radiologists should be aware of the imaging characteristics of this newly described entity because of the significant prognostic implications and perhaps to prompt the pathologist to assess for the presence of a fibrotic focus at excision.
