Many various lesions located in macular region can mimic exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD), making serious problems in establishing the proper diagnosis. From a practical point of view the most important significance has a differential diagnosis of AMD with posterior pole tumours: choroidal melanoma, choroidal naevus, choroidal hemangioma and metastatic tumors. The aim of this study is to present, based on literature and our experience, the role of fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography, standard A- and B-scan ultrasonography and colour Doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of exudative AMD and posterior pole choroidal tumours.
许多位于黄斑区的不同病变可模仿渗出性年龄相关性黄斑变性（AMD），在确立正确诊断方面造成严重问题。从实际角度来看，AMD与后极部肿瘤（脉络膜黑色素瘤、脉络膜痣、脉络膜血管瘤和转移性肿瘤）的鉴别诊断具有最重要的意义。本研究的目的是基于文献和我们的经验，介绍荧光素和吲哚菁绿血管造影、标准A超和B超超声检查以及彩色多普勒超声检查在渗出性AMD与后极部脉络膜肿瘤鉴别诊断中的作用。
