[The use of computerized axial tomography in the assessment of laryngeal neoplasms. A comparison between the clinical findings and anatomicopathological study].

Twenty cases of laryngeal neoplasms are presented. We analyse tumor extent, invasion of the laryngeal cartilages and cervical metastasis and findings histopathologic with computed tomography in preoperative evaluation and surgical strategy.
