Abstract

We report the case of a young male patient with ankylosing spondylitis treated with sulphasalazine who developed bilateral sensorineural hearing loss with tinnitus. Discontinuation of sulphasalazine led to complete resolution of tinnitus and an improvement in hearing loss. We discuss the features of this case and also review the relevant literature.

我们报告了一例年轻男性强直性脊柱炎患者，其接受柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗后出现双侧感音神经性听力损失并伴有耳鸣。停用柳氮磺胺吡啶后耳鸣完全消失，听力损失有所改善。我们讨论了该病例的特征，并对相关文献进行了综述。
