OBJECTIVES
To review the role of cerebellum on the lower urinary tract dynamics.
METHODS
Anatomic-functional methodology including structural, functional and neurotransmitters study.
RESULTS
We describe the complex connections of the cerebellum and its influence on the lower urinary tract function.
CONCLUSIONS
It is surprising the functional relationship between cerebellum and lower urinary tract, playing a inhibitory modulating role during the filling phase and facilitating the voiding phase.
目的
回顾小脑在膀胱尿道动力学中的作用。
方法
采用解剖-功能研究方法，包括结构、功能及神经递质研究。
结果
我们描述了小脑的复杂连接及其对膀胱尿道功能的影响。
结论
小脑与膀胱尿道之间的功能关系令人惊讶，在储尿期发挥抑制调节作用，在排尿期起促进作用。
