Abstract
This article reports the case of a patient with chronic disseminated intravascular coagulation that led to the diagnosis of an otherwise asymptomatic aorto-bifemoral aneurysm. The bleeding disorder completely resolved with the surgical resection of the aneurysm. Fibrinogen replacement therapy prior to invasive diagnostic procedures resulted in good hemosthasia.

本文报告了一例慢性播散性血管内凝血患者的病例，该病例最终诊断出一个原本无症状的主-双股动脉瘤。动脉瘤手术切除后，出血性疾病完全缓解。在进行侵入性诊断程序之前进行纤维蛋白原替代治疗，取得了良好的止血效果。
