Abstract
The adenomatoid odontogenic tumor is a benign lesion mostly detected as a random finding. Often the lesion is thought to be an odontogenic cyst owing to its clinical and radiographical appearance. Only histological investigation enables correct diagnosis. The case of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor of a 20-year-old woman is reported. The tumor was taken for a globulo-maxillary cyst. - The typical histological picture prevents confusion with other odontogenic tumors. Simple exstirpation is sufficient.
摘要
腺样牙源性肿瘤是一种良性病变，大多为偶然发现。由于其临床和影像学表现，该病变常被认为是牙源性囊肿。只有组织学检查才能做出正确诊断。本文报告了一名20岁女性的腺样牙源性肿瘤病例。该肿瘤最初被误诊为球上颌囊肿。——典型的组织学表现可避免与其他牙源性肿瘤混淆。单纯切除即可。
