23 patients with post-traumatic protrusion of the hip joint--due to fracture of the base of the acetabulum--have been re-examined by the authors. On the basis of the radiomorphological alterations developed in consequence of the fracture and according to the severity of the articular deformation the cases have been classified into four categories. The relationship between the morphological alteration, the functional ability of the joint and the subsequent arthrosis--as well as the problems of the social rehabilitation are discussed.
作者对23例因髋臼底部骨折导致创伤后髋关节突出的患者进行了复查。根据骨折后出现的放射形态学改变以及关节变形的严重程度，将这些病例分为四类。文中讨论了形态学改变、关节功能能力与后续关节病之间的关系，以及社会康复问题。
