Estimating Medicaid prenatal case management costs: the provider's perspective.

Many states are faced with Medicaid fiscal constraints; therefore, reimbursable versus un-reimbursable program costs must be clearly delineated. This study demonstrates a method to measure costs for Medicaid prenatal case management.
