Abstract

BACKGROUND

Hydatid disease is an infection of sheep and cattle. Affected human beings are only chance intermediate hosts. It is a rare condition in pregnancy.

CASE REPORT

We present a 15-week pregnant patient with cysts in the liver and in the right adnexa identified by ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging. Diagnosis of hydatid disease was confirmed by an indirect hemagglutination test.

OUTCOME

The patient underwent laparotomy and a healthy baby was delivered at term.

背景

包虫病是一种牛羊的感染性疾病。人类只是偶然的中间宿主。在妊娠期这是一种罕见的病症。

病例报告

我们报告一例15周妊娠的患者，通过超声检查和磁共振成像发现肝脏及右侧附件有囊肿。间接血凝试验确诊为包虫病。

结果

患者接受了剖腹手术，足月分娩出一个健康的婴儿。
