OBJECTIVE
To investigate the surgical treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis as well as the factors which affect the operation effect.
METHOD
Fifty-one cases of peripheral facial nerve paracusis were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULT
Forty-two cases were followed up. Among them, twenty-two cases who received facial nerve decompression reached House I-II degree (22/36), 2 cases facial nerve anastomosis reached House I-II degree (2/4), and the function recovery of 2 cases who received facial nerve grafting > III degree both.
CONCLUSION
Intensive and timely surgery is an efficient way in treating of peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
目的
探讨周围性面神经麻痹的外科治疗方法以及影响手术效果的因素。
方法
回顾性分析51例周围性面神经麻痹患者的临床资料。
结果
42例患者获得随访。其中，36例行面神经减压术的患者中，22例恢复至House I-II级（22/36）；4例行面神经吻合术的患者中，2例恢复至House I-II级（2/4）；2例行面神经移植术的患者功能恢复均>III级。
结论
积极及时的手术治疗是周围性面神经麻痹的有效治疗方法。
