Regularities of distribution of bacteria resistant to inorganic anions-xenobiotics--chromates, chlorates, perchlorates, vanadates--in different ecologic niches have been investigated. It has been established that these microorganisms are isolated from different ecological niches independent of the pollution degree and geographical zone. Bacteria capable to reduce the studied anions are isolated among the resistant strains in 10 - 15% of cases. Side by side with oxygen-containing anions the studied cultures are resistant to heavy metals (Cr6+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, CO2+, Ni2+) and antibiotics.
已对不同生态位中对无机阴离子类异生物质(铬酸盐、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐、钒酸盐)具有抗性的细菌分布规律进行了研究。已确定这些微生物是从不同生态位分离出来的,与污染程度和地理区域无关。在10% - 15%的情况下,能够还原所研究阴离子的细菌是从抗性菌株中分离出来的。除了含氧阴离子外,所研究的培养物还对重金属(Cr6+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、CO2+、Ni2+)和抗生素具有抗性。
