To investigate the alkaloids from the stem of Artabotrys hainanensis.
Compounds in plant extracts were separated by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Chemical structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses including UV, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ESIMS and ESI-MS-MS.
Eight alkaloids were isolated and identified as spinosine (1), 3-hydroxynornuciferine (2), juzirine (3), artabotrine (4), liridine (5), assimilobine (6), isococlaurine (7), N-demethylarmepavine (8).
All alkaloids were isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 1, 3, 7 and 8 were isolated from genus Artabotrys for the first time.
研究海南鹰爪花茎中的生物碱。
采用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱对植物提取物中的化合物进行分离。通过紫外光谱(UV)、氢核磁共振谱(1H - NMR)、碳核磁共振谱(13C - NMR)、电喷雾离子化质谱(ESIMS)和电喷雾串联质谱(ESI - MS - MS)等化学和光谱分析方法对化学结构进行鉴定。
分离鉴定出8种生物碱,分别为多穗柯碱(1)、3 - 羟基去甲南天竹碱(2)、爪哇灵(3)、海南鹰爪花碱(4)、鹅掌楸碱(5)、去甲荷叶碱(6)、异紫堇定碱(7)、N - 去甲基阿朴啡碱(8)。
所有生物碱均首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、3、7和8首次从鹰爪花属植物中分离得到。
