Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To investigate the chemical constituents in the plant of Asteropyrum cavaleriei.
METHOD
The Chemical constituents were extracted with cation exchange resin 732 and separated by column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis.
RESULT
Four compounds were isolated and identified as berberine, berberrabine, palmatine and magnoflorine.
CONCLUSION
All compounds were separated from A. Cavaleriei for the first time.
摘要
目的
研究黔桂紫堇的植物化学成分。
方法
用阳离子交换树脂732提取化学成分，通过柱色谱法分离，并用光谱分析鉴定结构。
结果
分离鉴定出4种化合物，分别为小檗碱、小檗红碱、巴马汀和木兰碱。
结论
所有化合物均首次从黔桂紫堇中分离得到。
