To detect ABO antigens in human bone tissue, we offer to treat standard isohemagglutinating and heteroimmune sera with anti-A and anti-B raising their specificity; use of high-avid immunoreagents produced by novel technique; different modifications of absorption-elution reactions providing significant results.
