Abstract

OBJECTIVE

Our objective was to describe the development of nonobstructive, localized intraarterial thrombi after percutaneous injection of thrombin into femoral pseudoaneurysms.

CONCLUSION

Partial extension of thrombi into the arterial lumen may occur after injection of thrombin into small pseudoaneurysms with short necks. In our experience, this is an asymptomatic and self-limited complication of the procedure.

目的

我们的目的是描述经皮向股部假性动脉瘤内注射凝血酶后非阻塞性局部动脉血栓的形成情况。

结论

向颈部较短的小假性动脉瘤内注射凝血酶后，血栓可能会部分延伸至动脉腔内。根据我们的经验，这是该操作的一种无症状且自限性的并发症。
