Abstract
Article presents 4 cases of laryngeal tuberculosis hospitalized in ENT-department of Kłodzko Hospital in years 2001-2003, being after-effect of advanced main process in lungs. Attention was turned onto shortcomings in Healt system reform after 1999, unfavourably influencing on early recognizing of new cases of tuberculosis.
