Cosmetic dentistry has evolved with the advent of more robust porcelain materials and ever-stronger bonding agents. Conservative use of porcelain laminate veneers can result in significant aesthetic improvements to a patient's smile and it is not always necessary to prepare all the teeth visible in a smile.
