BACKGROUND
There are only few reports of endometrial cancer arising in patients with uterine malformations. Down's syndrome is characterized by a reduced risk of solid tumors, and there are no reports about its correlation with uterine malformations.
CASE
An endometrial adenocarcinoma arising in both horns of a didelphys uterus of a Down's syndrome woman.
CONCLUSION
Uterine malformations and genetical disorders may cause a delayed diagnosis of gynecological cancers. Gynecological examination in asymptomatic patients and differential diagnosis in abnormal uterine bleeding patients should be considered.

子宫畸形患者发生子宫内膜癌的报道较少。唐氏综合征的特征是实体瘤风险降低，且尚无关于其与子宫畸形相关性的报道。

结论
子宫畸形和遗传疾病可能导致妇科癌症的诊断延迟。应考虑对无症状患者进行妇科检查，以及对异常子宫出血患者进行鉴别诊断。
