We synthesized Cu-In sulfide heterostructured nanocrystals from the thermal decomposition of a mixture of Cu-oleate and In-oleate complexes in dodecanethiol. By varying the reaction temperature and time, we were able to synthesize Cu-In sulfide nanocrystals with acorn, bottle, and larva shapes.
我们通过在十二烷硫醇中热分解油酸铜和油酸铟配合物的混合物来合成硫化铜铟异质结构纳米晶体。通过改变反应温度和时间,我们能够合成出橡子形、瓶形和幼虫形的硫化铜铟纳米晶体。
