The effect of presowing treatment of wheat seeds by exogenous wheat lectin on endogenous activity of lectin as well as on RNA content in vegetative organs of wheat was investigated. The variability of lectin activity in the seedling and leaves of wheat plants was obtained. Both endogenous activity of lectin and RNA amount increase under the effect of exogenous lectin. This effect was partially inhibited by the hapten of the wheat lectin. The possibility of induction of modifications in both endogenous lectin pool and functional activity of plant genome by exogenous lectin is under discussion.
研究了外源小麦凝集素对小麦种子进行播前处理对小麦凝集素内源活性以及对小麦营养器官中RNA含量的影响。获得了小麦植株幼苗和叶片中凝集素活性的变异性。在外源凝集素的作用下,凝集素的内源活性和RNA量均增加。这种作用被小麦凝集素的半抗原部分抑制。外源凝集素诱导植物基因组内源凝集素库和功能活性发生修饰的可能性正在讨论中。
