INTRODUCTION
Endometriosis in postmenopausal women is rare, especially in the urinary tract. Only a few cases have been described.
CASE REPORT
A postmenopausal woman presented with left-sided ureteric obstruction. Intraoperatively an extrinsic endometriosis was found. In contrast to other cases, the patient had no history of endometriosis or estrogen therapy.
CONCLUSION
This rare disease should also be considered in female patients in non-reproductive age with symptoms of unclear hydronephrosis.

绝经后女性子宫内膜异位症较为罕见，尤其是在泌尿道。仅有少数病例被描述过。
病例报告
一名绝经后女性出现左侧输尿管梗阻。术中发现外在性子宫内膜异位症。与其他病例不同的是，该患者没有子宫内膜异位症病史或雌激素治疗史。
结论
对于非育龄期出现不明原因肾积水症状的女性患者，也应考虑这种罕见疾病。
