Abstract
A patient with severe dyspareunia caused by vulvar vestibulitis, associated with human papillomavirus infection, was treated by intramuscular interferon beta. The treatment was well tolerated and no side effects were reported. A complete resolution of the vestibulitis was noticed 2 months later. No recurrence was noted during a year of follow-up.

一名患有由外阴前庭炎引起的严重性交困难且合并人乳头瘤病毒感染的患者，接受了肌肉注射β-干扰素治疗。治疗耐受性良好，未报告有副作用。2个月后发现前庭炎完全消退。在一年的随访期间未发现复发。
