The Royal Marsden School of Cancer Nursing and Rehabilitation has developed a range of educational programmes to meet the needs of nurses and allied health professionals working in cancer care and to address the UK's shortage of appropriately trained cancer care specialists. The educational programmes are aimed at a wide range of practitioners at all levels--from newly qualified to consultant. The school has also provided education for nurses working in district general hospitals, with the aim of improving patient care for all people with cancer--in whatever setting they are treated.
