Abstract
The data of the clinico-neurological, roentgenological and computer-aided diagnosis of Arnold-Chiari deformity are provided. Different variants of the disease and characteristic features of neurological symptomatology are discussed as are pathognomonic symptoms, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, indications for surgical treatment.
