Abstract

Fifty patients with chronic bronchitis, 30 with lingering pneumonias and 60 with lung abscesses were examined. The status of the system of cyclic nucleotides and functional properties of T lymphocytes depending on different administrations of antibiotics into the patients' body (endolymphatically or intravenously) were studied over time. The degree of the recovery to normal of the functional status of the T system immunity and cyclic nucleotides turned out significantly higher in patients receiving antibiotics endolymphatically than in those given intravenous injections. This attests to the high efficacy and advantages of endolymphatic antibiotic therapy in patients with inflammation in the lungs and bronchi.

对50例慢性支气管炎患者、30例迁延性肺炎患者和60例肺脓肿患者进行了检查。随着时间的推移,研究了根据抗生素在患者体内不同给药方式(经内淋巴或静脉注射),环核苷酸系统的状态和T淋巴细胞的功能特性。结果发现,经内淋巴接受抗生素治疗的患者,其T系统免疫功能状态和环核苷酸恢复正常的程度明显高于接受静脉注射的患者。这证明了内淋巴抗生素治疗对肺部和支气管炎症患者具有高效性和优势。
