The article discusses the results of thermovision examination of 75 patients with pneumonia which developed in the acute period of craniocerebral trauma. The method was found to be more informative than the routine radiography of the lungs. The possibilities of the method make it possible to establish an early diagnosis of pulmonary complications and, in some cases, to reveal a precise clinical picture.
