The sorption-application therapy is of great medico-prophylactic significance in treatment of military trauma. The medical effect can be obtained but when using sorbents maintaining the active mechanism of debridement of the wounds. On the basis of the complex laboratory investigation of properties of the sorption materials and their ultrastructure conclusions are made of prerequisites for their use in treatment of purulent wounds. It was shown that the curative-prophylactic effectiveness can be provided by sorbents on the basis of water-swollen polymers (Gelevin, Cellosorb, Gelecel) and carbohydrate materials.
吸附-应用疗法在军事创伤治疗中具有重大的医疗预防意义。只有在使用能维持伤口清创活性机制的吸附剂时才能获得医疗效果。基于对吸附材料特性及其超微结构的综合实验室研究，得出了其用于治疗化脓性伤口的前提条件。结果表明，基于水溶胀聚合物（Gelevin、Cellosorb、Gelecel）和碳水化合物材料的吸附剂可提供治疗预防效果。
