Abstract
A case of not expected turn in the course of mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis in a 30-year old patient is presented. The patient has been treated with EACA. It confirms possible efficiency of EACA inhibitory effect on various immunological reactions. This new, unknown property of EACA justify some new concepts in pathogenetic mechanisms of glomerulopathy.
摘要
本文介绍了一名30岁系膜毛细血管性肾小球肾炎患者病程中出现意外转变的病例。该患者接受了6-氨基己酸（EACA）治疗。这证实了EACA对各种免疫反应具有抑制作用的潜在有效性。EACA这种新的、未知的特性为肾小球病发病机制中的一些新概念提供了依据。
