Cytogenetical monitoring and analysis of plant morphological features of artificially created sugar beet tetraploid population (C5) were conducted. Four types of tetraploids differing in pollen quality were selected. It was shown that seeds of triploid hybrids received from diploid plants cross-fertilised by tetraploids were notable for increased germinating capacity.
对人工培育的甜菜四倍体群体(C5)进行了细胞遗传学监测和植物形态特征分析。选择了四种花粉质量不同的四倍体类型。结果表明,由四倍体杂交授粉的二倍体植株所产生的三倍体杂种种子,其发芽能力有所提高。
