Fitness of immunofluorescence and enzyme immunoassay for tests with centrifuged acetone-fixed cell preparations was assessed. All the 11 monoclonal antibodies (MCA) used reacted with cellular antigens in centrifuged cell preparations. HEA-125 and IKO-25 MCA proved to be the most informative; they permitted detection of individual tumor cells in serous exudation and specify the cytologic diagnosis.
评估了免疫荧光法和酶免疫测定法用于离心丙酮固定细胞制剂检测的适用性。所使用的11种单克隆抗体（MCA）均能与离心细胞制剂中的细胞抗原发生反应。结果证明，HEA - 125和IKO - 25 MCA提供的信息最多；它们能够检测浆液渗出液中的单个肿瘤细胞并明确细胞诊断。
