Abstract

The author revealed a moderate inhibition of the large granule-containing lymphocytes and activity of natural killer cells during chemotherapy of 19 patients with cancer of the digestive organs. The suppression of functional indices was more pronounced in patients which underwent immediately before chemotherapy surgical treatment. Interferon and indomethacin restored in vitro the inhibited indices up to pretreatment values.

作者发现，在对19例消化器官癌症患者进行化疗期间，含大颗粒淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞的活性受到中度抑制。在化疗前立即接受手术治疗的患者中，功能指标的抑制更为明显。干扰素和吲哚美辛可在体外将受抑制的指标恢复至预处理值。
