Effects of human recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) on peripheral white blood cell (WBC) and platelet (PLT) counts were examined in BALB/c mice pretreated with various kinds of anticancer drugs. Significant increase of WBC and significant decrease or tendency to decrease of PLT count were observed in mice treated with ACNU (40 mg/kg), CY (150 mg/kg), MMC (8 mg/kg) or VDS (3 mg/kg) followed by G-CSF treatment. These results indicate that we should study more about a possibility that treatment with G-CSF and anticancer drugs may cause in man a more severe thrombocytopenia than is observed with only chemotherapy treatment.
在经各种抗癌药物预处理的BALB/c小鼠中,研究了人重组粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)对外周白细胞(WBC)和血小板(PLT)计数的影响。在用ACNU(40mg/kg)、CY(150mg/kg)、MMC(8mg/kg)或VDS(3mg/kg)治疗后再给予G-CSF治疗的小鼠中,观察到白细胞显著增加,血小板计数显著降低或有降低趋势。这些结果表明,我们应该更多地研究G-CSF与抗癌药物联合治疗在人类中可能导致比单纯化疗更严重的血小板减少症的可能性。
