Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To provide the experimental data for the quality control of Paeonia lactiflora a prepared Chinese medicinal herb.

METHOD

The contents paeoniflorin among different growing areas and different processing methods methods were assayed by HPLC.

RESULT

The quantitative differences of paeoniflorin content among different growing areas and different processing methods wereanalyzed quantitatively.

CONCLUSION

The quantitative differences among different growing areas were not significant and the quantitative differences among different processing methods within 10%.

摘要

目的

为白芍炮制饮片的质量控制提供实验数据。

方法

采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地及不同炮制方法白芍中芍药苷的含量。

结果

对不同产地及不同炮制方法白芍中芍药苷含量的定量差异进行分析。

结论

不同产地间的定量差异不显著,不同炮制方法间的定量差异在10%以内。
