To study the chemical constituents in the rhizome of Elaeagnus bockii.
Compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.
Seven compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of E. bockii, and their structures were identified as angelicin (1), psoralen (2), vanillic acid (3), bakuchiol (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6) and beta-sitosterol (7 ).
All these compounds were obtained from E. bockii for the first time.

从长叶胡颓子根茎中分离得到7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为白芷内酯(1)、补骨脂素(2)、香草酸(3)、补骨脂酚(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、熊果酸(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。
所有这些化合物均首次从长叶胡颓子中获得。
