The activity of lyophilized Soviet reference plasma Factor VIII was measured by a single-stage Papayan and Khrolova's method. This factor is referent in respect of the prothrombin complex factors, stored for 18-43.5 months. Factor VIII activity was found to be within 55-135 percent. Differences in the values of antihemophilic globulin activities obtained in parallel studies in different days may be explained by the fact that the native control was not standard. The results are promising as regards the possibility of using lyophilized donor reference plasma as a reference reagent for estimation of Factor VIII activity.
采用单阶段帕帕扬和赫罗洛娃方法测定了冻干苏联参比血浆中凝血因子 VIII 的活性。该因子在凝血酶原复合因子方面具有参比性，储存了 18 - 43.5 个月。发现凝血因子 VIII 活性在 55% - 135% 之间。不同日期平行研究中获得的抗血友病球蛋白活性值存在差异，这可能是由于天然对照不标准所致。就使用冻干供体参比血浆作为评估凝血因子 VIII 活性的参比试剂的可能性而言，结果很有前景。
