Information system can be useful to effective and flexible decision making of nursing resource administration. A Nurse Resources Management Information Model and a Nurse Resources Management Information System (NRMIS) were developed in this study. The NRMIS consisted of a nursing staff scheduling system (NRS), a patient classification system (PCS), and an optimal nursing manpower estimating system (ONMES). The patient classification system was developed according to nursing intensity. The system was evaluated through user interface satisfaction and usefulness in the clinical settings. The main challenge is how we realize this information model to support evidence-based nursing resource administration.
信息系统有助于护理资源管理进行有效且灵活的决策。本研究开发了一个护士资源管理信息模型和一个护士资源管理信息系统（NRMIS）。NRMIS由护理人员排班系统（NRS）、患者分类系统（PCS）和最佳护理人力估算系统（ONMES）组成。患者分类系统是根据护理强度开发的。该系统通过用户界面满意度和在临床环境中的实用性进行评估。主要挑战在于我们如何实现这个信息模型以支持循证护理资源管理。
