[Method of determination of the activity of glycerol dehydrogenase in the submerged culture of Acetobacter suboxydans].

The paper presents a method for assaying activity of glycerol dehydrogenase activity in the submerged culture of Acetobacter suboxydans. The effect of substrate concentration, content of the submerged culture in the reaction mixture and pH value on the rate of enzymic oxidation of glycerol to dihygrooxyacetone by A. suboxydans has been studied.
