The problem of pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis is of great importance in modern neurology and its solution allows to determine a pathogenetic approach to treatment of this severe disease. Parameters of intensification of lipid peroxidation and indices of the state of enzymatic and non-enzymatic patterns in antioxidant defense system in different clinical forms and at different stages of MS course have been analyzed. The data obtained confirm the presence of oxidant stress in the development of pathological process in MS.
多发性硬化症的发病机制问题在现代神经病学中极为重要,解决该问题有助于确定针对这种严重疾病的致病治疗方法。分析了不同临床形式以及多发性硬化症病程不同阶段脂质过氧化增强参数和抗氧化防御系统中酶性和非酶性模式的状态指标。所获得的数据证实了氧化应激在多发性硬化症病理过程发展中的存在。
