Abstract

The authors report 5 cases of scaphoid-trapezium-trapezoid dislocation (STT) which occurred in crush injuries of the hand. A good functional result was achieved by closed reduction and pinning whenever there was no associated soft tissue damage. However, lateral mid carpal osteoarthritis may develop and produce reduction of the abduction of the thumb as well as slight stiffness of the wrist.

作者报告了5例手挤压伤中发生的舟月三角骨脱位（STT）。只要没有相关的软组织损伤，通过闭合复位和穿针固定可取得良好的功能结果。然而，腕中关节外侧可能会发生骨关节炎，并导致拇指外展功能减退以及手腕轻度僵硬。
