Abstract
A local flap, utilizing the skin over the dorsum of the thumb, for release of a first web space contracture has been described. Its construction allows for full integumentary release, adequate visualization of underlying contracted tissues, and a closure that provides full thickness sensory skin coverage over the entire web space and key pinch contact area.

一种利用拇指背侧皮肤的局部皮瓣用于松解第一掌骨间隙挛缩的方法已被描述。其构建方式允许进行充分的皮肤松解，充分显露下方挛缩组织，并且闭合后能为整个掌骨间隙和关键捏持接触区域提供全层感觉皮肤覆盖。
